Watercolours
Note From The Artist: “Watercolours is a special gallery to me. I took these amazing photos at Barnabas Landing on Keats Island, the first edit started completely on accident when I pasted the settings from another photo I had just edited to the RAW file of photo 1 in this gallery. Once I saw it, I knew there was something special there, after tweaking it and re-working it, I realized that I wanted to try to edit most of the other photos in the same spirit. As I began, I realized my progressive use of colour and the techniques I was using for editing were very untraditional to how most other photographers would go about their process. Rather than feeling like I should leave it and go for more of a traditional true-to-life edit, I found it liberating to break the rules in a way that allowed such vibrant, pastel-like photos to come alive”.
